It's a Perception Influence that Long Distance Friendships never work!

Long Distance Friendships!!! When you just read this word what comes in your mind in a snap? - Oh bla bla bla, Stay away from it - No way! Yuck - Uhh Man Its never happening to me - Well, Why even even think about it, it never works -

I know you want to say that it sucks! I mean who would want to jeopardize something indefinite and something in front of you for someone you have to work so hard to maintain a long distance friendship or relationship. It would seem absurd to you. You can meet someone with a friend's reference, or meet online, or meet at some event or occasion and get friends. Obviously friendship is a certainty which is bound to happen like any other relationship. You can't just escape it unless you are some working undercover or some secret agent for a president or just another heartless person who lead his/her life mathematically and preplanned.

I feel like an obligation to myself if I ever come across a long distance friendship and even consider special treatment given to my friend on other side to avoid any harsh circumstances or dis-clarity. Again its a faith and trust story. Most often you see long distance friendships never get successful. It is just because you live in an era where you prefer heart over brains and think logistics.

I have a question for all those friends and folks out there who have comments about their long distance friends such as why cast pearls before swine or putting new wine in old bottles. I would like to counter them with the question why trusting them and putting your faith the first time. To work such a relationship you have got to believe and have faith in yourself that you'll make it happen and it was just not an inevitability and now you have to blame yourself, your friend or fate.

You can make it work if you want just like you can with your friends who you hang out with all the time, your colleagues and mates from college. Enough with the heavy guys and let me cut the crap and just come to these points. Do it and I don't see that there is any reason you can't work it out unless the person at that other long distance is douchebag!:

1. Get a clear head by questioning your friends to know the parameters of relations. I believe this would be awkward and difficult but it can save a lot of your precious time in future.

2. More than occasional phone calls, video calls, chat and emails are really important. Do fix one day in a week at least for video calls. This is important.

3. Do things together which can activate both to work on similar interest simultaneously like watching some TV show together, playing any multiplayer game online, keeping a same pet or cooking or eating same food at same time. Tons of thousands of thing. I would not bore you with that in my blog. :)

4. Even in difficult situations try communicating with your friend on any portal just once, even it's for a minute or two. Trust me this is the most positive and trustworthy impact you ever will make.

5. Letting your friend on freewill is crucial. Do not bound his/her to a line where an automated commitment occurs and the chances of level of frustration rises. I am sure you got it all and no explanation needed.

6. Challenge each other to some personality traits. It should be in fun and not a serious game. Stop it right away when it produces heat. This is entirely depending on how strong or weak a relationship it so this point can actually be a lifeline for a long distance relationship. If it works it strengthens your friendship more and if it doesn't the it gets more weak.

7. You can forget birthdays, family events, occasions and dates with your friends living around you. I don't mean that it okay but you can mend it later but it is really important to remember all this in a long distance friendship.

8. Avoid much jealousy and listen and accept his or her other relationships and do not be judgmental about those relationships because you DEFINITELY don't know anything about them.

9. Say positive things all the times and avoid uttering out your shaky thought as this could be very discouraging and demoralizing.

10. Give them a personal object of yours. Something dear to you. You'll see its magic later. :)

11. Never let your friend get solitary or cornered in a time when he /she has lost hope in other connections and make sure you are there for your friend and if your friend is wrong you should not tell about it at that moment. Put some sense afterwards and hit it when the iron is hot.If you don't do this you can lose your friend forever.

12. Try be forgiving as much as possible. Ignore silly mistakes and fun making and don't take anything on your heart. Forget and forgive is the greatest key I can ever find in a nice working relationship.

13. A little absence, gap makes you much fonder whenever there is a recent hard talk happened. It gives both of you time and space to rejuvenate and restore.

14. Obviously it is a long distance friendship and the chances of being together are rare so when you meet try all possible chances to be intimate and give private time. Do keep a time to have reunion with other friends and people but make sure you are keeping your friend's interest intact but it's better to keep most your time private for your friend.

Pooja Bedi is not to be seen in the Bigg Boss 5 Finale

Pooja Bedi has recently tweeted about being informed by the Bigg Boss show that she is not to attend the finale. Obviously Pooja herself and her fans are shocked and might be angry to see or hear this. According to Pooja’s statement;

“I am taken aback. It's in my contract that I am to attend finale. They blocked my dates and even informed me I was to do a medley. And three days ago abruptly the production house informed me that I was to not attend the finale. They told me that it was the channel's decision, however, the channel blamed the production house."

Pooja Bedi wants to sue the Color Channel and putting forth the allegation about the rigged show and saying that it is mandatory for her to be in the finale according to the contract and that shewould like to have an explanation cancelling her entry in the finale.

Well Pooja we want to let you know that the contract can be canceled by Bigg Boss if any contestant is seen, heard and called on a showing proof about uttering rubbish that the show is rigged, incorrect, fake and put in question for being a reality show. Pooja did that and told all this to India times so her she automatically get invalidity for the contract. She does not hold any right to be in the show anymore unless the Bigg Boss wants her to be and continue messing with the host Salman Khan’s views about all contestants.

SHE LOSES THE CASE BEFORE SHE CAN EVER OPEN ONE.

People are really angry and even Pooja’s already fans had to turn against Pooja Bedi for contradicting Salman Khan in a way that she prefers Akashdeep Saigol on Salman Khan. What kind of a human being does it make Pooja Bedi who is turning off her 14 year old friendship with Salman Khan for a 2 months old friendship with Akashdeep Saigol aka Sky.

Watch out Pooja before the world turns you in for a non celeb common buffoon human being who has a pathetic approach on taking a criticism for what you are in reality. Just accept what is going on and save your ‘bachi kucchi’ respect and live in peace. Good luck with keeping the good name of Bedis.

Grief is Something Undeniable

This has got nothing to do with me particularly but actually it do relates to everyone of us. Grief is a sense which is understandable as you come in a much groomed and mature part of your life. You cannot deny the fact the every human being in this world exists with a feeling and sense of grief in his or her personality. We wish to stay away from it for eternity but it has always a part of mankind.

Anyway the whole theme is not to get introduced with what grieving can make you become or what it does. We will today discuss about it universally known 7 stages and describe them one by one. Don't blame it on me you HAPPY PEOPLE out there but trust me there are people who genuinely want to know more about it so that they could prevent and get a curable catharsis for themselves because comfort would not have been there is grief was not like some wise have said, "An absence of nothing is everything", "absence of light is dark" and "absence of good is evil".

Here you go with the 7 Stages of Grieving:

1. SHOCK & DENIAL-

You will probably react to learning of the loss with numbed disbelief. You may deny the reality of the loss at some level, in order to avoid the pain. Shock provides emotional protection from being overwhelmed all at once. This may last for weeks.

2. PAIN & GUILT-

As the shock wears off, it is replaced with the suffering of unbelievable pain. Although excruciating and almost unbearable, it is important that you experience the pain fully, and not hide it, avoid it or escape from it with alcohol or drugs.

You may have guilty feelings or remorse over things you did or didn't do with your loved one. Life feels chaotic and scary during this phase.

3. ANGER & BARGAINING-

Frustration gives way to anger, and you may lash out and lay unwarranted blame for the death on someone else. Please try to control this, as permanent damage to your relationships may result. This is a time for the release of bottled up emotion.

You may rail against fate, questioning "Why me?" You may also try to bargain in vain with the powers that be for a way out of your despair ("I will never drink again if you just bring him back")

4. "DEPRESSION", REFLECTION, LONELINESS-

Just when your friends may think you should be getting on with your life, a long period of sad reflection will likely overtake you. This is a normal stage of grief, so do not be "talked out of it" by well-meaning outsiders. Encouragement from others is not helpful to you during this stage of grieving.

During this time, you finally realize the true magnitude of your loss, and it depresses you. You may isolate yourself on purpose, reflect on things you did with your lost one, and focus on memories of the past. You may sense feelings of emptiness or despair.

5. THE UPWARD TURN-

As you start to adjust to life without your dear one, your life becomes a little calmer and more organized. Your physical symptoms lessen, and your "depression" begins to lift slightly.

6. RECONSTRUCTION & WORKING THROUGH-
As you become more functional, your mind starts working again, and you will find yourself seeking realistic solutions to problems posed by life without your loved one. You will start to work on practical and financial problems and reconstructing yourself and your life without him or her.

7. ACCEPTANCE & HOPE-

During this, the last of the seven stages in this grief model, you learn to accept and deal with the reality of your situation. Acceptance does not necessarily mean instant happiness. Given the pain and turmoil you have experienced, you can never return to the carefree, untroubled YOU that existed before this tragedy. But you will find a way forward.

This is definitely depressing but it also shows and tells you how beautiful, full of energy and a great vibe life is. Get back to life people. Nobody helps and nobody will seek it for you. You have to do it yourself. We just told you in means of pushing you that YOU CAN DO IT. Just that!

Well! Everyone knows how elite class our country (Pakistan) jobs are like. I know what you are thinking right now. What of thing thing guy is putting up on this blog! He is definitely nuts. A decade back..oh sorry that is just my work experience...2 decades back there was some fruitful condition for Paki jobs. Patients were happy with doctors. Factory workers were happy with industrialists. Parents and students were happy with teachers so as every managers, executives, directors were with their bosses.

Its really hard for me to write all this and I feel aggravated and feel like in a toaster while writing all this.

The situation of jobs in Pakistan is getting poorer and poorer and inflation is also increasing by every minute..sometime I wonder if if the class-3 people after mediocre in Pakistan would be able to get a 1.5 Litre Coca Cola for special guests.

The IT jobs are not stable and are known as to be a so called shifting economy of Pakistan but the truth is whether you gt an IT job with a hard effort or get it in a snap by some powerful reference you just cant get stable in that, even if you are determined you are caught in a web of such unfathomable conspiracies that you quit yourself. I wont be be a diplomat and would like to name some high esteemed professional organizations like Infotech, Horizon Technologies, NetTech, Softtech Microsystems and Global Technologies. I have seen and heard such ugly experiences of my friends.
The teaching jobs in our country is a matter of sustainability. A teacher has to go through a war zone for his/her first week. Those who succeed in that that par level is considered to be the appropriate one and eligible for the post. All the schools here whether its a top holder private English medium school or a known old government school have a tough, ruthless, racially divided and gang-infested students. The victims are forced to slaughter their dreams of becoming someone which they or their parents had dreamed of before entering that school.

I am mentioning all these things knowing that I can never provide you all a solution of even if I succeed I know that the readers would not be having any courage to stand up and do something against this bloody system of our country. The main root cause of every problem in our country is the unstable political environment and our feudalistic government. Out Pakistani students should act as a catalyst; a wave of change in Pakistan and for that our teachers should force press acts at education ministry. I do not whatever legalities but there was to be some way like this.

The extremism in our Pakistani communities is increasing day by day and that is somewhat the reason Pakistan is being considered a 3rd world country. Our dilemma is the unstable political scenario of today. Due to this nobody from outer region wants to invest anywhere in our country. We have to attract the foreign investors to our country and for that we have to become one community and one nation and eliminate the whole element of extremism.

Please please please realize our forte and gold mine should be our silver employment status, education, well groomed community, humanity and a crafted culture. Just remember:

"Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean."

Do cats sense invisible energy which is unseen by us?

I can pretty much elaborate the nature technicality that why cats eyes glow in dark or why they shine or glow when you take a photo of them. It nearly happen to all the nocturnal creatures but specifically cats; the simple reason is which science defines is that cats' eyeballs include a special reflective layer called the 'tapetum lucidum'. The retina behind their pupils makes the pupil contract and expand when you get anything close or far to a cat while cat is watching it. In the day the cat's pupil is more dilated because it takes a little time to absorb the day light and hence there is no day-light at night cats tend to see better and are more quick and pro in glances. This is also the reason that we humans do not have that layer in our pupils so we get red-eyed in single flash cameras and cats' eyes just glow.

Anyways this story is not about why cats don't have red eyes when photographed. I had a cat named 'Fifi' who was just a week old kitten when she came to me. I found her in my house street just a few steps away from my place and some crows had attacked her and pecked her one eye but luckily there were no injuries. I took her inside and washed her with warm wet towel, fed her milk and eye dropped her daily and after a week she was fit to see wide eyed both eyes. She was very cuddly, friendly and took me as her mother as I guess she wasn't familiar with the motherly love. The whole story short one day I found her acting completely weird which got me shocked too. I wanted to hold her and she ran away and got me running here and there and hiding under places and not letting me come near her. Then I cornered her in one place and observed that she was full wide eye with fear and was looking behind from above my shoulder. I looked back and thought may be someone else was standing behind me but there was no one. I tried to calm her and swoon her in low voices. When I got close her she hissed a big time and gave a constant gaze behind my shoulder and right at that moment I felt someone's presence right behind me. My heartbeat got faster though I am not the kind of kind of guy who get affected by any spooky environment but that day I could really feel someone was there. I do not know it was something bad or good but I got really scared. I just grabbed Fifi and got out of there reciting verses of Holy Quran. I had a mix feeling about having beliefs on this thing that cat can sense all this but I am not definitely sure about it.

Getting ecstatic about Social Media

I never knew what social media was even at the time I had my account on Face book 8 years back from now until I got the opportunity to groom my internet marketing skills at my present job 1/5 years back. We work in a Pakistan based American Business Process Outsource firm and where I got this client who wanted to get on with his social media marketing for his Real Estate business. I was asked to take on this responsibility just because I was a social butterfly in my office. I fidgeted and tried to persuade away from this but my project manager kept his faith firm on me like placing a faithful bet on me like I am not losing in any case.

I did not had any marketing background. I never knew an 'ABC' on any kind of sales or marketing business neither a real estate business or any other social media tools other than Face book.

Facebook is the king of all Social media and right now it is possibly the only social site which allows you the integration of the most effective social media tools you can ever have.

Today I am social media relationships manager in our firm. I do not say it proudly because I do not have any bookish knowledge as my base but trust me if you adopt a peculiar interest you don'e need any. I learned everything from internet. It's just that you need to have an aesthetics sense for online research and Voila! THERE you go. I started learning about all these SMM tools while making accounts for my client on different sites like Twitter, flickr, linkedin, youtube, digg, stumbleupon etc.

I then started taking interest for my own online profile building and social networking for my personal accounts. I started getting on flickr, youtube, face book page, blogger and linked for sharing photos, videos, posts, journals, stories, songs & professional knowledge with my friends, family, colleagues and random people who showed interests in my own interests. It felt like placing my keepsakes and memorabilia online, like I collect all my empty perfume bottles over my bedroom table after every 6 month and somehow relate them with each other though the smells, bottles and makes are entirely different just as people on social media sites.

There are a thousand of things you can learn in social media networking but when starting from the scratch you need to make sure that you fulfill 4 essence basics of Social media networking.

Pets at home feel EVERYTHING!!

I feel an obligation to share this thing with all the pet lovers here. It something true that happened in my very life. I had an adult stray cat; a mix of tan, white and black patches. She was already an adult feline of about 3-4 years she chose me for the adoption herself otherwise the first 6 months she never came to me herself for food and shelter. Anyways she realized that I give her food, shelter and attention and he became my pet and I named her 'Pacchi'.

She was just like a regular pet cat until I discovered something really special in her which gave me this theory that animals feel everything what is being going good and bad in your family. The first time I had a twitch of this belief when she gave birth to a single kitten in our store. She only entitled and trusted me or first three days letting only me to touch her young one or pick up. The same with the kitten she delivered 5 months afterward.

My father is kind of a man of principles and a quite a strict guy when we were in school and college. He used to nag me and lecture me most of the times as I have been kind of a kid who is stubborn and wants to make own paths of life. But one day I found this strange thing happening. Me and my father were fighting with each other and having a tough argument on some outgoing and friendships issues and he prolonged and also took a stance towards me. Right at that time my cat came running to him and pounced at his legs with all her claws out trying to stop him reaching towards me. Everyone was so surprised to see that.

Then after that, every time me and my younger brother had a brawl about some 'mine and yours stuff' fight Pacchi intervened in all those fights trying to stop the noise, yelling and the bad influences at home.

If you all realize you can do it with your pet dogs and cats. If they do something wrong and you nag at them. You'll observe in dogs that they lower their heads and eyelids watching you all the time and waiting for you to stop. Similarly cats just close their eyes whenever you utter our a high pitch voice in the nagging process as if they mind or feel about that. If you observe closely the fish in the aquarium feel that negative aura too and upon observing you'll see them slowing down their ongoing activities in water. Birds and rabbits are very fragile and sensitive. You can see them getting scared with a wide eye reaction under these circumstances.

The moral of the whole story is: "Consider your pets as a part of your family. Do not ignore them. The negative rays in environment and the fights at home affect them the same as they do to you and can make them sick. They just need your attention so LOVE THEM".

Folks ask me what is being asked by anyone to everyone once in a life, I think: "Who was your first love (other than your blood relative) and my answer is always "My Cat Micky."

He was a domestic Marmalade Short-Hair cat. There are lot of memories and his keepsakes I have but for now I just want to share the idea that pets are really important in your life. They are yours forever. They do not know the meaning of dishonesty, deceit and disloyalty. They keep your trust forever and love you truly. They are a real blessing of God upon us if someone understands. They have a natural thirst for love and cannot put any harm on you if you allow them to be part of your lives, society and era.
Keep one and you'll know the best healing factors are the tendency of love comes with your pets. All the best everyone and God bless you.
